☀️ SUMMER SCHEDULE UPDATE! ☀️
As we gear up for warmer weather and longer days, we’re making a few seasonal tweaks to our studio schedule.
Starting June 1st, the following class times will be taking a summer break:
❌ Tues & Thurs: 9:30 AM
❌ Saturdays: 11:30 AM
❌ Sundays: 7:00 AM
All other classes are running as usual! There are still plenty of chances to hit the turf and crush your goals with us all summer long. 💪

This Mother’s Day, trade burpees for breathwork.
We’re hosting Rest, Recover & Recharge . A members-only Mothers Day reset at F45 Seton, Sunday May 10, 12pm–2pm.
What’s in it:
🕯️ A 45-min recovery flow with Coach Mia — yoga, mobility, breathwork. Slow, intentional, no burpees.
💆 12 × 5-min mini massages with . First to arrive picks first — claim your timeslot at the door.
🥂 A social hour to settle in. Prosecco, mom-mosas, cheese, fruit, and mingling. Stay as long as you like.
