Salam Parents,

As emailed previously, attached are the hadiths expected to memorize in Arabic for the hadith competition. Hence, there are three categories to the program:

Ages 7-10 (memorize the first ten hadiths)
Ages 10-15 (memorize 20 hadiths)
Ags 15 and over (memorize 40 hadiths)

The contest will start on February 5, 2022, and end on February 6. 2022. The board will make a final decision and schedule an announcement event for the kids.

Hadith Competition Announcement 📚

Akram Jomaa Islamic Centre will be hosting a Hadith Competition, further details regarding the hadeeths the and timing will be announced. We would like to invite those ages 7-18.

From the time of the Prophet ﷺ until now, it has been a distinctive feature of this Ummah to learn, memorize and implement the sayings of the Prophet ﷺ. This competition is open to brothers and sisters ages 7-18. Three winners from each category will be awarded. See more details below and register now!

Categories :
Ages
7-10 (10 Hadith)
10-15 (20 Hadith)
15 and up (40 Hadith)

For young ones who participate with less than 10 Hadith will get participation prizes.

✔️Each competitor will be asked to recite the Hadiths and explain one of them.
✔️The Hadith should be recited from memorization.
✔️Recitation of the Hadith should be at a slow pace.
✔️Strong memorization with full comprehension of the Hadith is the key to winning.

Akram Jomaa Islamic Centre presents Iman Quran Academy! A Sunday & Saturday Quran School for ages 6-16 starting Saturday, November 6th.

We are now taking enrolment for part-time classes from introductory to advanced levels, aimed towards building a firm foundation in basic Arabic reading, comprehension skills, and Quran recitation and memorization. Classes will be divided based on age groups, levels, and preferred time.

1 Hour Classes between:
9:30 AM -10:30 AM
10:30 AM- 11:30 AM
11:30 AM- 12:30 PM
