The single highest-impact change I make to an IEN's resume takes fifteen minutes.
When a recruiter opens your resume, they scan the top for one thing first: can this person work here, and are they registered. If they can't find it fast, they move on. Most IEN resumes bury that at the bottom.
The fix is a three-line block at the very top: registration, work authorisation, availability. That's it.
