Well friends, the time has come where we have to take a step away from Relentless Living.

We are extremely proud of everything that Relentless has accomplished, and it has achieved everything we hoped it would plus more! We are incredibly proud of the reach Relentless Living has had over the past 4 years and of all the ways we managed to help those who trusted us to help them on their journey.

With us both being back in school, we don’t feel that we can give our clients and all of you who have supported us the same love, care and attention.

So, we have decided to step away from Relentless.
It was a little heart breaking informing our clients that it’s not them, it’s us, and we feel the same about sharing this with all of you!

Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. You have all been incredible to us, all the support, encouragement and trust you have given us is what made us feel at ease about taking this step away.

There’s no secret sauce when it comes to determining exactly how many reps or sets you need to build muscle, but here’s a guideline.

Keeping in mind that your fatigue and recovery, RPE/RIR and your diet will also have effects on muscle growth!

THANK YOU.

To all those who came to my first yoga class!

Doing something for the first time brings a roller coaster of emotions.
Anxiety, stress, fear. But the after emotions of pride and joy are so worth it.
Keep your eyes peeled for my next class! By demand, there will be more!

When the weights aren’t going up or moving like you want them to. When the scale isn’t giving you want you want. When life is throwing you curve balls that are throwing you off track.

Believe in yourself. Find comfort in knowing that you are doing all the right things and sometimes it takes a minute to break through. Everything along the way that feels big is just a lesson for later.

RPE and RIR are great tools to implement in your training. They give you an idea how much effort your sets should be requiring.

They are also give you the ability to manipulate how much weight you’re moving. Whether it be on those days where you aren’t feeling as strong or on the days you have a bit more oomph; it’s not always about the number in the bar.

BEER.

Now that I have you attention, join Kat for her first yoga class.
Great for beginners, yoga mats available, and again, beer!

This can also apply to everyone. Take inventory of what days you typically feel the best as well as what days all you to have the time to get a good workout in.
Do the check in with yourself “I can’t” vs “I don’t want to.”
