📣 Fall Music and Movement Programs are now open for registration! 🍁

I’m so excited to get back into making music with you and your littles in September and October 🥰 Join us for 8 weeks of music making and movement, in a small group setting that is designed to help your young one grow and develop a love of music and experience the joy that it brings to our lives!

There are classes on Wednesdays at 1 pm or Thursdays at 10:30 and only 6 spots are available per class so be sure to sign up ASAP to secure your spot! ✏️

Music is such an important tool to help young babies and toddlers brains 🧠 and bodies grow and thrive 🌱 plus it is an amazing way to bond with your little one as their caregiver 👩🏻‍🍼

Sharing some snapshots 📸 from our summer pop up music classes in the park! These were so much fun and I love, love, love ❤️ how wonderful our community of little music makers are! So many of you came out to dance and sing with me in the sunshine ☀️ while supporting the wonderful work that Mamas for Mamas Calgary does to help those families in need in our city 👩🏻‍🍼

Thanks to your generosity and kindness we were able to raise $630 plus many physical donations such as diapers, wipes, clothes and more to support this charitable organization 🙏

Thank you all for your support and for bringing the joy! I hope you all have a wonderful rest of the summer and stay tuned for our fall class registration coming soon 🔜!

Did you know that Freebird Music Studios does magical, musical birthdays for littles?! 🎈

I know firsthand as a parent how daunting it can be to try to wrangle up and entertain 15 high energy, cake fueled toddlers! That’s where I come in 😊 Our 45-minute music parties and the perfect way to fill that time between when guests arrive and the birthday cake. 🎂

Music, dancing, games and lots of fun 🤩 our parties are perfect for the music loving tot and great for up to groups of 20 kids ages 0-7! To inquire about booking check the link in my bio 🔗

Now is the perfect time to start planning for your fall extracurriculars and I offer private and semi private lessons in violin 🎻 piano 🎹 voice 🎤 and ukulele 🎸 for all ages in my beautiful home studio located in Edgemont, NW Calgary. I’ve been teaching music lessons for over 10 years and I’d love to have you join my studio this fall. ❤️🎵

My philosophy is that learning music should be full of joy, curiosity and creativity. ☀️🎶 I truly want to help my students develop a genuine love and appreciation for music alongside building technique and theory.

Despite the windy and cloudy weather we had such a wonderful and fun filled time yesterday at our pop up music class in the park to raise funds for Mamas for Mamas Calgary ! The Butterly Song 🦋 is such a fun way to teach little ones about the life cycle of butterflies! It is sung to the tune of “Up on the Housetop”. The actions are also so cute and memorable to help kids remember the stages of egg 🥚to caterpillar 🐛 to chrysalis🍃 and butterfly 🦋

Come join us for music in the park in June! 🌸🌻 in support of .calgary

I’m excited to invite you all to our pop up music classes for littles and their families on Wednesday June 10 and 17th at 10:30 AM. These outdoor classes are always so much fun and a great way to kick off the summer vibes ☀️

These classes are pay what you want with a suggested minimum donation of $10. All proceeds will be donated to Mamas for Mamas to help families in need in Calgary 💕
