Sometimes the words of others settle deep within our souls and bring us comfort for life. I find that others express what I am feeling and needing so much better than me, and I find such comfort at this stage of life from those remembered words. I have decided to do things my way…not the way everyone else does. Especially when it comes to technology! It is not my greatest talent, and I have learned with age that I don’t have to follow the leaders! I make my own way and it is completely authentic. Just kee[ing it real!

Life can flatten us… that is okay. Feel it, process it, and sit with it for awhile. Allow yourself the grace to find your way out and then remember,,,there is no perfect anything in life1. And it’s okay. Really normal in fact. Perfection is the pursuit of something that is not ever fulfilled. Show up as you are, where you are and grow from there. If you need help, reach out to me or someone else that can help you create your own process because we are all unique. Thank heavens for that!
When I feel overwhelmed, stressed or just a bit lost, I step outside and sit with what I observe…such calm, beautiful assurance that all is okay in my world. I am never disappointed!

Living each day with intention can be a struggle for me. But having a purpose and staying with that purpose gives such peace to my soul.
