Register now for Girls Only!

Growing up with a Learning Disability and/or ADHD can come with unique social and emotional challenges. Girls Only! gives girls ages 9-16 a space to talk about those experiences, connect with peers who understand, and discover strategies that can help them feel more confident in their everyday lives. This 8-week program runs September 26th - November 28th on Saturdays from 1:00 - 3:00 PM.

Bursaries are available on a sliding scale based on family income and individual needs, helping make our psychology programs accessible and inclusive.

Our small-group programs are led by trained, caring staff who understand the unique strengths and needs of neurodiverse youth. With a 3:1 participant-to-staff ratio, participants receive meaningful support while learning and growing alongside their peers.

Join us on September 23rd as presenter Colleen Smereka draws on over a decade of experience supporting students with disabilities in post-secondary education, her own lived experience, and advocacy work to help us move beyond focusing on challenges and start supporting the whole person.

In this workshop, you will gain insights into:
-Building resilience, self-advocacy, confidence, and independence.
-Effective learning strategies
-Breaking down barriers that stand in the way of success
-Shifting the conversation from limitations to strengths to support the complete individual
