OUR TOP 3 ESSENTIAL MOVEMENTS ‼️
These will always be a staple in our personal and our clients’ programs.
SQUATS as we know are a staple to our foundation, it is such a functional movement as it applies to our day to day life.
PULL DOWNS
An amazing movement to Develop the Lats if you’re chasing that V-Taper aesthetic look. Also a beneficial movement for clients who struggle with their posture by teaching them how to properly use their shoulder blades which is one of the main culprit for rounded shoulders.
HIP THRUSTS are not only one of the best movements for growing and activating your glute but it is also a movement that is beneficiary when it come to learning/teaching hip extension.

We feel that we have not properly introduced ourselves, so here are 5 fun facts about us !
Fun facts about Cate
1. I started going into the gym young because of my dad, he was a huge inspiration to me.
2. Before becoming a Personal Trainer or working in the fitness industry I originally wanted to be a Psychiatrist.
3. I absolutely love cooking especially Filipino dishes, my mum is an absolute master at cooking literally everything and one day that'll be me - maybe
4. One place i truly want to visit is New Orleans, the music, the food the history EVERYTHING!
5. Our logo for paradox fitness is a yin-yang and according to google I am the Yang.
Fun Facts About Josh
1. My favourite exercise for the upper body is the Shoulder Press !! who doesn’t want boulder delts. Any lunge variations are my favourite for the lower body - because YOU CANT SKIP LEG DAY
2. I also enjoy yoga believe it or not! Somedays are just needed to lower that intensity and to just be mindful.
3. I love everything about COFFEE. How it smells, the brewing, the taste and how it makes my morning better and productive!
4. I’m a big music fan! I enjoy the hobby of Collecting and Listening to Vinyl Records of my all time favourite albums. I like Hiphop/Rap as my main Genre. Kendrick Lamar is my favourite artist and we also share the same Birthday!
5. I became a Personal trainer/ Group Fitness Leader at 17! and started practicing right out of high school.
