This Valentine’s Day, I want to take a moment to celebrate someone truly special – you! Yes you....with all your perfectly imperfect qualities that make you uniquely and beautifully yourself.
You deserve all the love you so freely give to others.
You deserve warm hugs, gentle words, and sweet moments of peace.
You deserve to be celebrated, not just today, but every day!
So, on this Valentine's Day, I want you to know:
You are enough, exactly as you are.
You are worthy of all the love in the world.
You are stronger than you know.
You are more capable than you believe.
You are deeply, completely, and wonderfully lovable.

Thinking happy thoughts and smiling can improve your overall health and well-being.
By smiling and thinking happy thoughts you can boost your mood, reduce stress, reduce physical pain, and increase positivity.
Smiles are contagious. Take time to smile at people while you are out walking, shopping, or sitting at a red light and watch them smile back. Feel the positivity spread. ❤

To hang on to things that don't serve us whether that is an emotion, a belief, person, relationship, addiction, or situation, means it no longer helps us to move forward in the direction we want to go even though it serves us in a small way in the short term. Letting go allows for new energy to come in and for us to show up at our best.

There are so many ways that we can close our hearts to getting the love we need.
When we are wealthy in love having multiple streams of love coming into our lives and into our hearts, we feel supported to live the life of our dreams. When we choose relationships and communities that are supportive and uplifting, they help us to go for our dreams and what our hearts and souls desire.
Open yourself, to be honest in the places in which you are closed off and not receiving as much as you could. ❤️

It’s hard work to create new thoughts but you can use those thoughts that are negative, self-doubting, or filled with fear, shame and guilt to reflect and cultivate a stronger Self-love and Self-acceptance to help you.
