As we roll into 2026, I see that I have neglected to post. Well , the studio is running strong and all theory classes are moving into Semester 2. There are a couple of openings in the piano. I was asked by a parent how well my students do. All I could say is most of them do very well. Off the top of my head I couldn't really give a definitive answer because I don't typically chart these things. Our ultimate goal here at Mainstream Music and Studios is to see students succeed and achieve their goals. At the same time we value students learning important life skills, using music as a foundation and to take these skills with them post Mainstream Music and Studios.

So I did go back to 2018 and found an astonishing list of excellent marks and achievements.

To all our students...THANK YOU for working hard and having the passion to do well. Even those students who didn't make this, list yet worked hard to achieve better results than just getting by.

Summer's a comin'. Time to start thinking about theory, harmony, history or even analysis lessons. Exams are in August. Remote lessons are available during these trying times.
