Feel —> Real

To make the BIGGEST on-course change in your golf swing, you have to hyper focus on the feel in an exercise/movement.

Coming from a TPI Golf Fitness Assessment, this client had a lack of hip internal rotation on his lead leg. This limited his ability to “get through” his swing - leave A LOT of power behind him.

We found a couple of key exercises to help him to FEEL a better body position at (at through) impact. Now, he has to take that to the range for the REAL!

Mission: core control in rotation. Proper progression challenging core and hip stability can lead to GREAT things! Trust me - - my client DID NOT start with this exercise!

I have many clients who suffer from low back injuries and pain with golf. We start small with activation and isometric exercises and build from there. When done properly, clients can build stability, strength and endurance to safely handle the stress of golf (and life!!).
