Yesterday I created a mandala using loose parts and as I carefully arranged each piece it reminded me of my childhood collecting treasures from nature, creating patterns and finding joy in simple materials.
This experience helped me reflect on how children learn. The same materials can inspire new ideas, creativity, problem solving and imagination every time they are explored. What may look like a simple activity is actually rich with learning opportunities.
