The troop went down to Ottawa this past weekend for the WKC Nationals and what a blast it was!

Both Kim and Sensei Arek have qualified and earned their spot on Team Canada!

Now they get to represent our country and fight at the World Championships in Spain!

Wow! What an incredible weekend of competition at the WKC Provincials & COMAC 2026!

The troop is coming home with 16 medals total!

10 medals in kickboxing and continuous
5 medals in kata
1 medal in point sparring

8 of our athletes have qualified and earned their spot on WKC Team Alberta and will go on to compete at Nationals and fight for a spot on Team Canada.

Outstanding work from everyone. You all showed tremendous heart and that warrior spirit. We couldn’t be more proud! Congrats!
