Some of you already know me, and for those who are new here - welcome!
I help parents navigate divorce, separation, and co-parenting without losing themselves (or their kids) in the process. I know what it feels like to be lost in a divorce, both as a child of divorce and through my own high-conflict separation. I’ve been there: watching my family unravel, feeling like there was nowhere to turn, and wishing for a guide to walk beside me.
That experience lit a fire in me to help others find clarity, confidence, and a path forward.
