Josh Alexander, Jinder Mahal, Rosemary and many others have all trained in the Canadian Strong Style. Originally the Dungeon style taught by Stu Hart and the Hart family, Canadian Strong Style evolved with help from Olympic Bronze medalist Bad News Allen Coage, partnerships with stars like Raven, Kevin Nash and arguably the greatest tag team of the modern era, the Dudley Boys. Training consists of 3 to 6 months training periods depending on student schedules. Part time or 1 day per week students regularly take 6 months to complete training. Full time or 2 to 4 days per week students can complete training in 3 months and begin taking matches when approved by the coach. Once training is completed an open door policy stands for graduates to come in and keep training and learning. Email for more info
Class sessions are: January to March, May to July and September to Nov. Class times are Sundays 12 to 4 pm. Tuesdays 1 to 5 pm, Wednesdays 6 to 10 pm and Thursdays 6 to 10 pm. Total Cost is $4000 cdn for new students. $3000 for previously trained students. Payment plans are available and are on a case by case basis. Physical requirements: It helps to have some background in sport or exercise but its not required. We can start you at 0 and get you to 5/10 in 3 months. But YOU have to put in the work.
