Every couple of years, I like to do a deeper cleanse as part of my overall health routine. About two years ago, I completed a 7-day juice fast with daily colonics. This time, I’m taking a different approach under professional guidance, including a liver detox, heavy metal cleanse, ozone therapy, and later, stem cell treatment.

In this session, blood is drawn from one arm, combined with ozone and oxygen, and then returned to the body, followed by a multivitamin IV.

For me, this isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about preventative maintenance, supporting optimal health, and giving my body the same attention I give my mind and spirit.

The highly evolved beings I’ve connected with through channeling often emphasize balance. They are deeply spiritual, yet they also respect and care for the physical vessel.
