Sport and Physical Activity have always been a part of my life which eventually led to my Master’s Degree in the Czech Republic.
I'm online and in person coach. My world revolves around living an active lifestyle and fitness
I am grateful to have a career entitling me to instruct individuals and groups of all ages, in sport, personal fitness, and training. To observe my clients transform, while I encourage them to “listen to their bodies” to avoid injury.
