After an epic week of sweat, sand, burpees, banter and serious team spirit… we have our winners.

Congratulations to our Orange Team for taking out Survivor 2026 👏 What a performance across the entire week. Consistent, strong and competitive right to the end.

And a huge shoutout to Pink and Purple for pushing hard all week and keeping the leaderboard tight. The energy, rivalry and camaraderie made this year something special.

Most importantly, thank you to every single participant who showed up, gave it their all and embraced the chaos. Survivor is what it is because of you.

🕺✨ DAY 6 – RETRO AEROBICS (THE FINALE!) ✨🕺

What a way to finish Survivor.

Retro Aerobics brought the heat — big jumps, big sweat and even bigger laughs. It was hard work, high energy and pure fun from start to finish. 💦🔥

The bright outfits were iconic, the vibes were unmatched… and our Pink Team Captain was absolutely in his element. 💖🪩

The perfect way to close out an epic week.

🔥SURVIVOR DAY 6 – SENIORS CARDIO CIRCUIT 🔥

The beach obstacle course may have been washed out but our Seniors weren’t about to let the rain win.

Instead, it was game on for a tough indoor cardio circuit… and they absolutely smashed it. 💪

High energy, strong effort and plenty of determination, even after a big week of Survivor sessions.

🧘‍♀️SURVIVOR DAY 6 – YOGA 🧘‍♂️

The rain sent us indoors, but honestly… it was exactly what we needed.

After a big week of running, lifting, climbing and competing, today was about slowing down. Stretching tired muscles. Resetting. Breathing.

It was the perfect chance to unwind, recover and look after the body after everything we’ve put it through this week.

🚴‍♀️ DAY 5 – TOUR DOWN UNDER (SURVIVOR STYLE) 🚴‍♂️

Twilight Nippers may have been washed out but we weren’t about to let the rain win.

So… enter the Tour Down Under Cycle Race.

Teams went head-to-head, with one rider powering it out on the bike while their teammate tackled a workout in the studio. Fast transitions, burning legs and plenty of competitive energy. 💪

Pink took the overall win 🩷

The challenge was a 2km time trial, which finished with another strong win for the Pink team — backing up their earlier victory 👏

💪 SURVIVOR DAY 5 – LIFT 💪

We somehow managed to dodge the rain and squeeze in a fantastic Lift session. 🙌

Everyone gave it their all, even with tired legs and heavy arms after a big week. There was plenty of banter flying around too… because what’s Survivor without it? 😅💪

The challenge was the famous Survivor Push-Up Challenge 🔥 and yes, it completely emptied the tank.
