The hours counted during practical industry experience is what we commonly refer to as ESSA hours 💁‍♀️

One way to build ESSA hours is to complete an internship 🎯

Completing an internship will allow you to gain valuable industry experience in the career field you would like to pursue 💪

Sarah completed her Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sport Science) at RMIT in 2019. She is currently completing a Masters of Clinical Exercise Science and Rehabilitation at Victoria University 👨‍🎓

After completing her Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance with ERA back in 2018, Sarah joined the team in May 2021 as Student Supervisor. Sarah has a passion for helping others and can't wait to be practicing as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist in the near future 🎉

In her free time, Sarah enjoys going to the gym, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family 💁‍♀️
