We are looking for a nanny for our 12 month old boy 2 mornings per week (days are flexible) or one full day per week for the right candidate.
We are looking for someone who has solid previous experience looking after young toddlers. Someone who finds joy in being with children and has a loving nature.
We live 35 minutes north of New Plymouth.
The job may suit an energetic grandma type, someone working in ECE looking for some extra work or someone studying ECE.
Will pay a good rate for the right person.

How mindfulness training and meditation is helping children in Sydney classrooms 12/07/2015

As a former teacher I can see how much practicing mindfulness would help kids develop emotionally and deal with day to day stresses which are growing. I wish they had this as part of the curriculum in all schools.
These techniques of stopping and reflecting upon our emotions could easily be implemented by parents and carers to help kids reflect upon their own emotions and calm their mind. The only issue would be getting them to sit still for more than 2 seconds!!!

Mr4 and I made banana pancakes with berry compote and mango sorbet yesterday. The kitchen was a mess and the kids ended up half purple from scoffing down the compote!
The pancakes weren't quite as pretty as the one in the recipe (link below) but the results were delicious!
