We kick things off with room meetings, offering every team member a platform for thought-provoking discussions and critical reflection on our practices, intentional teaching, and the environment as the 'third teacher.' These discussions are carefully minuted, allowing each educator to revisit decisions and further reflect on room-specific matters.

Following the room meetings, we unite as a whole group to engage in training, role plays, and a thorough review of our inclusion practices, especially focusing on the needs of children requiring additional support. The commitment to review and reflect on our practices is at the core of our mission. 🤝 It's through this process that we learn, grow, and consistently strive to provide the best possible care and education. 🌱

These meetings are a cornerstone of our journey towards excellence. They provide invaluable opportunities to enhance our practices and steer us towards becoming an exceeding service. 🌠

We're delighted to share the fantastic moments from our recent childcare excursion to Blacktown show grounds that took place on today. It was a day filled with laughter, learning, and incredible adventures, and we can't wait to show you some of the highlights.
Our little explorers had a blast discovering new things and experiencing the wonders of Showgrounds. From interactive learning experiences to delightful playtime, every moment was filled with joy.

👏 We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the parents and guardian who gave permission to take their children to an excursion.

At Hope ELCB we value our educators and staff and their contributions to our service. Today we say goodbye to our Director who has faithfully served our community for 8 years. It is sad to see her move on but we are thrilled for her future journey. We are blessed to have seen her hard work and dedication to our service, community, educators, staff and families during her tenure. Where ever she goes, we know she will do amazing things and continue to serve the community with a thankful heart and a Christ like walk. She is a real advocate for our profession, for equal rights and for inclusion of all. Thanks for being part of our service. You will be missed dearly.
