Welcome to St Catherine's Boarding House! We keep St Catherine’s boarding house small on purpose, with just 70 boarding places. Each girl has a private space in a beautifully decorated dorm. There is a study area in each section with computers and printers. There are comfortable lounge areas and kitchens to prepare snacks on every floor. Our chef provides superb food that is nutritious and balance

St Catherine’s will be in Dubbo for the Boarding Schools Expo on Friday 5 May and Saturday 6 May. We’re also hosting a special event for past, present and prospective families together with our alumni community. Come and join us for an afternoon of canapes, cocktails and conversation. Last Tuesday Fiona Vesper from Vesper Creations came and spoke with our Boarder's Council about an artwork we have commissioned her to paint. Fiona is a Yaegl woman and artist who is going to paint an artwork reflecting the stories of the boarding students. Thank you to the P&F who funded this incredible project.

Our yearly trip to see a musical this year was Mary Poppins. The girls had a lovely time.

We were thrilled to have our very own Amy do a Chinese traditional dance in Assembly this week as part of Languages Week. Our boarders bring a beautiful diversity of culture to St Catherine's.

Happy Boarding Week! We have had a lovely time celebrating the St Caths boarding community. Events included a special dinner (with a performance from Flora), a boarders v. teachers bench-ball game and tours of the boarding house.
