The class includes:
- A gentle warm-up to prepare your body
- Practicing connected movement and breath
- A full body vinyasa yoga sequence
- Breathing practices also known as pranayama
- Meditation to improve focus and feeling calm

No matter what's been happening in your day expect to leave feeling much better than when you arrived! Your body will feel better for moving. Your mind will be more focused. Your nervous system will feel calm and stable.

I run classes on Wednesday evenings, 18.00-19.30. In this 90 minute Vinyasa Yoga class you will learn how to move and breathe with awareness. No matter what's been happening in your day expect to leave feeling better for moving, refreshed and calm.
