Everyone knows excess body weight can lead to chronic illnesses like diabetes, hypertension, and metabolic syndrome.
Yet it often feels like the problem isn’t obesity — it’s people with obesity.

"It’s 6pm. You’re home after a long day.
You’re exhausted, stressed, and over it.
You open the fridge… and to eat, you’d have to cook.
Nope.
Shower time. And the thought pops in: just tonight, I’ll get pizza, a burger, sushi, cake, chocolate.
That’s emotional hunger talking."

Do you ever hear your emotional eating speaking up?
Curious if you eat based on how you feel?
We’d love your help — jump into our survey

The same question. Different meanings for each of us. What would ‘eating better’ mean to you? Your answer could be key to helping us begin to understand how we relate to our food. Would you like to find out more about your own approach to food? Take part in our survey

Caring for people’s health is more than a job; it’s a calling.
It takes technical knowledge, yes. But it also takes heart.
It’s our humanity and empathy that allow us to truly look after people.
If we want to be more supportive in nutrition, we’ve got to understand how people relate to food and their habits.
Could you help us out by sharing your story?

You never forget the first time...
I was 18 when I got my first diet from an endocrinologist.
It said: two tablespoons of rice, max.
It hit hard. Not because I disagreed — I knew she had my health in mind.
But because I hadn’t yet understood that I was using food to cope.
It wasn’t just about hunger. It was about finding comfort and calm.
Does that sound familiar?

Curious if food is how you cope with emotions? Share your story in our survey: https://biamarts.limesurvey.net/751997?lang=en
