Getting enough exercise as a young adult can help lower the risk of heart disease later in life. [1]

Every week, aim for:
• 2.5-5 hours of moderate intensity physical activity
• or 1.25-2.5 hours of high intensity physical activity!
You can talk to your GP for advice on what types of exercise are best for your heart health!
