Our experience has found that the many other service providers who offer to write a resume on your behalf, often supply you with a generic document, that neglects to reflect your experience and personality, failing to stand out in the eyes of potential employers. Prior to your coaching session, you will be asked to submit a copy of your current resume and any job advertisements that you would like to apply for. In the event that you do not have an existing resume, you will be provided with a number of templates for you to choose from, and begin the process of thinking about what a resume should entail. This will optimise the time spent with Alicia, giving you the opportunity to begin thinking about any questions you may have, and we will be able to customise the session to these needs.
