An interesting article from Harvard Business Review.
We all think we are pretty good at reading people in hiring scenarios. And yet every person in business I speak to has a litany of bad hire stories. I guess its kind of like no one thinks they are a bad driver...
Our own cognitive biases and use of heuristics ensures we are likely to make subjective decisions in uncertain environments.
The fix is to integrate algorithms into your hiring process while maintaining the human element. Not one or the other but both working together. The Harrison Assessments tech we advocate is incredibly effective at not only improving decision making but also saving time and money.

Many business people have at one point in their lives completed a Myers Briggs MBTI quiz. Introvert/Extrovert etc. It's a great way to get people understanding that not everyone thinks the same way they do.
However Myers Briggs was developed 75 years ago so how does a basic personality tool compare to cutting edge technology like Harrison Assessments?
