What a weekend!

I'm still riding the energy from the CEL - Christian Early Learning National Conference held on Friday and Saturday (20–21 March 2026). Two days of connecting with incredible delegates from Christian ELCs, primary independent schools, and the OSHC sector, my kind of crowd.

The guest speakers delivered in a big way. Deep, practical, and timely sessions on education research, board governance, faith integration, and Christian education. What struck me most was the recurring thread of calling and courage, what it truly takes to guide and inspire the next generation. As someone deeply committed to STEAM education, it resonated on every level.

I had the honour of stepping into the spotlight as a sponsor, sharing what we do at JC Ingenium. Standing in front of educators and leaders who pour so much into their craft, I walked away more convinced than ever: our presence in this sector has been nothing short of a blessing. It's work that matters, and I'm grateful every day to be in it alongside people who feel the same.

JC Ingenium is looking for energetic, passionate, and outgoing individuals to join our team for exciting educational workshops during the upcoming School Holidays, and beyond!

This is a casual role with more shifts available during school holidays, ideal for those who enjoy working with children and making learning enjoyable!

We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Loves working with children and has experience in education or child-focused roles
✅ Is enthusiastic, friendly, and a great team player
✅ Can bring energy and positivity to our workshops
✅ Has (or is willing to obtain) a valid WWCC (mandatory)

Bonus if you:
🚗 Have a car (desired but not essential)
📍 Live locally in Parramatta (preferred)
