March is Harmony Month at Punchinello!
As part of our celebrations, yesterday we learnt about the Hindu festival Holi which is celebrated in the Northern Hemisphere at the end of winter, symbolizing the triumph of good over evil.
During the day in Holi Festival, people throw scented powder (gulal) and water on each other, often accompanied by music and festive food. The children at Punchinello also indulged in homemade mango lassi, yummo!

To ensure a secure environment, we maintain a policy of having a minimum of two educators with the children at all times. This practice supports active supervision, accountability, and immediate response to any situation.
We strive to create a welcoming, inclusive, and safe space for all children, families, and educators. Our team is dedicated to fostering a culture of trust, respect, and open communication, where the rights and dignity of every child are respected and upheld.
We welcome and value any feedback and changes to policy that are to be brought forward by the NSW Office of Children's Guardian and the NSW Department of Education.
