Since day one on January 13th, Joe has done everything asked of him and more. Not only does he follow every goal set out for him — he's always asking for more. One of the easiest blokes I've ever trained.

Joe walks in every session with a smile on his face, light-hearted humour, and a drive that most people only talk about. That combo? That's the recipe for results. And the numbers don't lie — over 20kg down and counting.

A fellow Bulldogs man too, so you already know the mentality — show up, fight for it, never back down 🐶⚪️🔵

But here's the thing — Joe's only just getting started. The results you're seeing are just the foundation. 2026 is going to be his biggest year yet, and I can't wait to be part of it.

Why these 5 exercises? Let me coach you through it.
🔹 Pendulum Squat — deep range of motion without loading the spine. Perfect for over 35s who want quad growth without back pain.
🔹 Smith Machine Deadlifts — controlled path lets you focus on the hamstrings and glutes without worrying about balance breaking down.
🔹 Seated Hamstring Curls — isolation work that most people skip. Your knees will thank you.
🔹 Barbell Lunges — unilateral work fixes imbalances and builds functional strength you'll use every day.
🔹 Calf Raises — full stretch at the bottom, squeeze at the top. Most people rush these. Don't.
This isn't random. Every exercise is here for a reason. That's the difference between working out and training.

Client x here has killed 2025

No sessions missed no cardio missed just structure and dedication alongside dedication.

Client x started at 122 kg ( bfah) when he came to me he was 115 kg fast forward to December 2025 client x is now 82 kg

That’s a massive 40 kg. True talent is built by hard work and consistency.

Client x is a true success story of self belief and dedication alongside with complete trust in the process.

Client x can now bench 120 kg on iso bench from struggling on 60 kg and also doing multiples on chin ups.
