Being a PT can mean so many things to different people, but to me, having a way to boost people’s confidence in themselves is a big driving factor. Training is far more than just physical change, it’s building mental stability too, so being allowed to share that growth with each of you is why I love coming to every single session.

Whether you’re here just to move your body, or to push yourself towards a goal, let’s keep getting fit together and hitting those small wins 💪🏼

These are three ‘protein’ foods that I tell my clients to avoid from the supermarket…

1. Protein Bars
2. Protein Granola (or any substantial food with added protein)
3. Protein flavoured milkshakes

If a food needs “high-protein” printed on the front, it probably isn’t your best option. Build protein from whole foods first, supplement second.
