These are three ‘protein’ foods that I tell my clients to avoid from the supermarket…
1. Protein Bars
2. Protein Granola (or any substantial food with added protein)
3. Protein flavoured milkshakes
If a food needs “high-protein” printed on the front, it probably isn’t your best option. Build protein from whole foods first, supplement second.
99% of people skip these exercises, so if your core isn’t improving, try switching it up with these.
