How do you feel about your feelings, wishes and rights being heard?
As an expert in connecting people with values as an access to "emerge" a leader: the driver of life’s purpose, what is deeply important, stems from our childhood shaping the decisions we make and actions we take, I've come to realise, Respect is at the top of my list.
I am not politically minded, nor politically educated, nor politically motivated.
Whether you’re watching closely or afar, there is no doubt, the people of the United States (and we as global citizens) are going through what some are calling an “unprecedented” time in history.
Joining me on The Uncharted Leader Podcast to talk about her fight for women's rights in the fitness industry is Mish Wright Cec Courses - a visionary, educator, consultant on a mission to empower fitness professionals with the right knowledge and skills to support women effectively, regardless of their age or stage of life.
Mish's journey is deeply personal and transformative.

February was Black History month in the US. In AU it runs throughout July and is a showcase of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander history, heritage and cultures which acknowledges and celebrates First Australians' achievements and contributions.
In the US it is also known as African-American History Month. It has received official recognition from governments in the United States and Canada, and more recently has been observed in Ireland, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. It began as a way of remembering important people and events in the history of the African diaspora.
