Meet one of our long standing 360 families 🌿

This week we're introducing Natalie and Jonathon, part of our North Ryde community since 2015.

Their first child started at the centre in 2015 and proudly graduated in 2020. Their second child joined in 2024 and is now happily settled in the Turtles room.

Here's what Natalie and Jonathon told us:

"What we love most about 360 is the caring, safe environment it provides for our children to learn and grow. The educators across all rooms are experienced, nurturing, and genuinely invested in the children. Staff retention at the centre is exceptional, which means our children are surrounded by familiar, trusted faces every day. Our eldest had some of the same educators caring for him from just six months old right through to five years of age, something that's truly rare at other centres. He also loved the weekly Bush Week visits to Lane Cove National Park, along with excursions to the local bakery via train, and even Sydney Aquarium via ferry. It's no surprise that the centre has exceeded the National Quality Standard."

Their favourite family memories are the events that bring families into the centre. From farm animal visits to Mother's Day and Father's Day celebrations, these moments have always been so special. "We especially love the photo booth at these events. The photos are still proudly displayed on our fridge today, and it's been over 10 years! These memories truly last a lifetime."

Happy Educators' Day to our wonderful team at 360 Early Education North Ryde! 🌿

What a wonderful Family Fun Day at 360 Early Education North Ryde last Friday! 🌿

Between the bake sale, the second hand book sale, bubbles, raffle tickets and Marife's treats, our community came together and raised an incredible $1625!

Every dollar raised on the day is going to our charity of choice, Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, and will be funnelled to KICS, a travelling preschool bringing education to children in the Katherine region who are socially or geographically isolated. 💙💚Meet Angel - Frogs Room Leader

Angel has been part of our 360 North Ryde team for five years, bringing warmth, expertise and genuine care to the Frogs Room every day.

She is our emotion coaching expert, with a real talent for building meaningful relationships with children and their families. Angel's practice is grounded in connection, and her guiding belief says it all: at 360 Early Education, children come first.

Outside of work, Angel shares her home with two huskies and four birds 🐾

We are so proud to have Angel leading the Frogs Room and the beautiful relationships within it.

🌟 Meet Joanne 🌟
Crocs Room Leader 🐊
Joanne has been part of our team for three years, bringing thoughtful leadership and care to our Crocs Room each day.
She brings valuable experience supporting children with additional needs and has worked closely with occupational therapists, speech therapists and physiotherapists in Manila, Philippines. Joanne’s practice is grounded in inclusion, collaboration and supporting positive outcomes for children and families
Her favourite part of the role is feeling supported by the team and continuing to learn about children’s development
📚 Outside of work, Joanne enjoys film photography and is a keen calligraphy enthusiast 📸✍️
We’re proud to have Joanne guiding learning and relationships in the Crocs Room.

This week, our nursery children explored a beautiful Easter themed tuff tray using fresh, colour coordinated flowers and playdough.

Through touching, smelling and manipulating the natural materials, the children engaged in rich sensory play that supports brain development, curiosity and early problem solving.
We enjoy offering experiences that reflect the celebrations and interests of our families. Sensory play provides our youngest learners with a gentle, play based way to explore cultural events while building their understanding of the world around them!
