10 years of Sweetpeas… where do we even begin? 💙🩷💚
Ten years ago, we started with a dream
A dream to create a place where children felt safe, families felt supported, and educators felt valued.
Looking back now, it is hard to believe just how far we have come.
Today, Sweetpeas proudly operates five thriving services, with our sixth about to open its doors but our greatest achievement has never been the number of centres. It has always been the people.
To every incredible educator who has walked through our doors, every amazing leader who has inspired us, and every family who has trusted us with their children thank you.
You are the heart of Sweetpeas.
Over the past decade, we've celebrated so much together as a company

✨ So many team members who have been with us for 7 years or more, including seven amazing people who have been part of the entire 10-year journey.
✨ 14 beautiful babies welcomed into our Sweetpeas family.
✨ 8 weddings.
✨ 14 traineeships.
✨ 17 Certificate III qualifications.
✨ 12 Diploma qualifications.
✨ 5 Early Childhood Teacher journeys.
✨ 28 graduation ceremonies.
Together we've also faced life's biggest challenges:

💙The countless ups and downs that life has thrown our way.
Through every challenge, we stood together. We laughed together, cried together, celebrated together and kept showing up for the children who needed us every single day.
We've watched babies become school children, school children become high schoolers and nearly all have returned through our doors as big sisters and big brothers paving the way for their little siblings showing the service with pride
We've built friendships that feel like family and created memories that will stay with us forever.
We've shared countless cuddles, wiped thousands of noses heard thousands of stories, endless cups of coffee... and we're fairly certain we've lost approximately 47,392 puzzle pieces along the way! 🧩😂
Proud doesn't even begin to describe how we feel.
To every child whose laughter has filled our rooms, every family who has trusted us, every educator who has poured their heart into making a difference, and every person who has been part of the Sweetpeas story so far thank you.
Sweetpeas has always been about a nurturing place of education but most of all
It has become a family, a community, and a place where people grow, belong, and make a difference.
Here's to the first 10 years... and to all the beautiful memories, milestones, friendships and little hands still to come.
