I’m tired. I’m curious. I’M LEARNING. I’m flailing. I’M STILL SITTING TEA. I’M STILL STANDING TREE. I’m quieter. And not. I’m between one gifted succulent and a hard place. I’m both cold and hot. I’m with and without. I’m near and far. I’m this and that 🤓😎

You might’ve heard..I’m down South for a tic. Back for THURSDAY’S 6:00AM COMMUNITY YOGA. Looking forward to a sweet stretch with my sweet friends, neighbors and YOGA COMMUNITY. But here you have it..a glimpse into the Last-Minute-Travelers-Society 🤣😂 hoping that other than my two days worn porcelain splattered pants..there’s nothing dirty to be seen here. I could use a Korean overnight face mask product, but..that’ll have to wait. LOVE YOU OODLES. Oodles and bunches, ME!!

Big Fans, THESE GUYS, Best Friendlies and The Most Supportive Support Team. 🐨➕🐒 ALWAYS pretend to be happy to help 🤣 These guys have been known to carry the big gong and tens of thousands of bolsters, blankets blocks and books 🙏🏽 up and down zillions of stairs and across cities. T-shirts printed aplenty, happy hours and over 15 years of giggles, guffaws and gratitude. From one dad’s farm to one sister’s home in Cape Town, THESE DUDES ARE FAMILY. All the single ladies..YOU’D BE LUCKY!! But you’d also hopefully want to be my best friend 😬🤓


I am alive and well and fed and loved and cared for because THESE TWO DUDES woke up one day and, Lucky Me, ended up in My Life 🤩 They are two of MY VERY MOST SPECIAL BESTEST FRIENDS 💥🌟


They are not alone in these good deeds, but they’re the ones that were with me, for THIS picture, on Sunday after my partner and I came home from New Zealand. They separately took care of Snoopy Dog so we could go to a last minute funeral ❤️🙏🏽


I spend a lot of laughter and time with these two bo**er heads. I hope they know how grateful I am, and how much I LOVE THEM 🐼

The flowers in bloom, the crew gearing up for the day, the birds. Even the planes overhead. SUNRISE IS OFTEN MAGICAL 🌅 and we’re under cover but still outside. THIS CLASS IS FREE to the community, all I ask is that you book. The Camperdown Commons Crew are easy going, sweet to mix it up with, and enjoy a good giggle. Coffee chats after are ALWAYS great, I’ve now made TWO POTTERY FRIENDS!! 👯
