Superfish Coaching is mainly 1 on 1 or small group stroke correction swim sessions. We are based at Drummoyne Pool (in summer) and on the Central Coast too.
Superfish coach Sarah Koen is passionate about helping people improve in swimming ability and confidence, no matter what their starting point is, both in the pool and open water. We also come to you - if you have a pool in your house or local area. We also do occasional open water/ocean swims in both Sydney and on the Central Coast. Bookings are essential. Next time you think you can’t do something…. Think again. Congratulations to one of the original Superfish swimmers Tonia Wood on completing an Ironman Triathlon yesterday. A mammoth effort! Loved seeing you achieve your goals.
