🦷✨ Smile Bright at Little Achievers Kindergarten! ✨🦷

We were so excited to welcome the wonderful team from Smyla Dental Australia to Little Achievers Kindergarten! 🪥💙

The children had a fantastic time learning all about dental hygiene, including why it’s so important to brush our teeth, look after our smiles and keep those pearly whites healthy! 😁🦷

The children also had the opportunity to have a dental check, helping them become familiar and comfortable with visiting the dentist. 🌟

A huge thank you to the team at Smyla Dental Australia for making dental care fun, engaging and informative for our little learners! 💙

There’s nothing quite like the magic of a good book! 💛📖

Our educators have been busy creating some wonderful book displays throughout Little Achievers Kindergarten for our children and families to enjoy. From beloved stories to colourful characters, our spaces have been transformed into little worlds of imagination, wonder and adventure! 🌈✨

We love seeing the children stop, explore, talk about their favourite stories and share their love of books with their families. 🥰📚

The rain has finally packed up and the sunshine has come out of hiding—just in time for Book Week! ☀️📖

To celebrate, Little Achievers Kindergarten (LAK) has hidden 20 Where’s Wally? characters around Pole Depot Park in Penshurst! ❤️🤍

👀 Can you spot them all?

📝 Worksheets can be found under the BBQ area in the park—grab one and start your hunt! And dont forget to bring a Pen!

We’re kicking off Book Week 2026 with a little Disney magic! 🏰🎀📖

Our LAK family has stepped into the wonderful world of Disney, bringing some of our favourite characters and stories to life! From magical princesses 👑 to beloved Disney friends 🐭, the children are ready for a week filled with imagination, storytelling, dress-ups and plenty of BOOK WEEK MAGIC! ✨

🎓✨ A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS!✨🎓

Today we celebrate our wonderful Miss Zia on completing her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care! 💛👏

Over the past two years, Miss Zia has worked tirelessly towards achieving this incredible milestone, all while juggling her family life and continuing to dedicate herself wholeheartedly to the children and families of LAK. 🌟

Her commitment, passion and dedication have truly shone through, and we couldn’t be prouder of everything she has achieved! 🥰

Congratulations, Miss Zia! Your LAK family is so incredibly proud of you! 🎉💐 What an amazing achievement! ❤️

Last week, the children from LAK were visited by some very important community members! 🚔

Yes, that’s right: the girls and boys in blue came in to deliver a very important session on how to stay safe within their home, school and Community. 👮‍♂️

As Child Protection is such a prevalent topic, we spent plenty of time discussing all of those things that enable children to speak out and protect themselves from the feelings of potential harm. 👮‍♀️

Next came the fun part; we all went downstairs to check out the Police Car. We got an up-close and personal look at how to use the equipment with Officer Steven and enjoyed the light show.

A very big thank you to the St George Team for taking time out to educate our children and to show that we can always rely on the girls and boys in blue!! 👮‍♀️ 👮‍♂️

The Georges River Council have now got a space for you to share all of your future desires for our Community of Penshurst.

We are still waiting by with anticipation for our, 'Have Your Say' on our Penshurst / Pole Depot Park project. 🌳

So hold on tight, we will inform you when it's our time to shine. 🌟

Hopefully, Georges River Council will provide the community with an opportunity to attend a proper presentation and learn about these proposals, rather than limiting it to a selected few. A project that will impact the wider Penshurst community deserves a transparent and inclusive conversation
