Introduction to EFT Tapping: Release Tension & Overwhelm

Feeling tense, anxious or overwhelmed? Come and learn a practical way to support yourself when life feels like a lot.

In this four-hour, in-person workshop, I’ll introduce you to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), often called tapping. We’ll explore how to use it for everyday stress and physical tension, tap together as a group, and practise in pairs so you can begin using it for yourself.

You don’t need any experience with EFT. I’ll guide you through each step, and you can participate at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

You may have heard that a painful experience can become your greatest gift. But if the emotions, stress and beliefs connected to it haven’t been processed, telling yourself it’s a gift can leave you feeling conflicted inside.

Beliefs such as “I’m not good enough” can continue to shape how you feel about yourself. In this video, I talk about why processing the experience matters.
In my six-week online Just Be You journey, we use EFT Tapping to explore patterns that may have held you back from being yourself. We begin Tuesday 27 October, and I have some spaces available.

Although it doesn’t feel like it at all when you are healing deeply especially emotionally it can feel very overwhelming distressing and even despairing however this is all the release. This is all you realigning to your true self
