Allara Learning is proud to be joining forces with Hunter St. Hospitality this year on a very special project. đ
The teams have been working closely over the past few months to develop the Next Gen Program for up-and-coming hospitality professionals.
This program has been designed to support sustainable career pathways for those new to the industry by focusing on holistic, engaging and venue-specific training and application. The program is nationally accredited, with participants walking away with a Certificate III in Hospitality, as well as a wealth of experience working in diverse venues, multiple job roles, with subject matter experts and building a strong foundation for their careers.
âI encourage all hospitality groups to adopt this approach in engaging with new talent, creating long-term success and attracting high quality, aspiring-professionals for our wonderful industry. Allara Learning is proud to be the leading experts in creating these partnerships.â - Rosie O., National Head of Training and Development.
The program kicked off this week at Munich Brauhaus in the Rocks.

We're incredibly proud to celebrate the results of our Dream Believe Achieve program for the 2025 cohorts 03 and 04 â delivered through our 10-year partnership with the North Queensland Cowboys.
For those unfamiliar with the program, Dream Believe Achieve was created to address the lower than average rates of Indigenous Australians employed in the hospitality industry.
Delivered on-site at the NRL Cowboys House in Townsville, it combines a nationally recognised Certificate III in Hospitality with hands-on work experience, dedicated mentoring, and real connections to employment.
It's designed for participants who have faced long-term unemployment, limited education, and significant barriers to entering the workforce.
Ten years on, the results continue to speak for themselves. Across last year's four cohorts, we observed exceptionally high employment rates amongst our completing candidates:
â 81% of Cohort 03 and 90% of Cohort 04 moved straight into employment.
â All remaining students are completing work experience to finalise their qualification.
These outcomes aren't just statistics. They represent real people, many facing significant barriers, who now have a qualification, a job, and a pathway forward.
Here's to the students of Cohorts 03 and 04. We couldn't be more proud. đ¤
