POSSIBLE PA NGA BA MAGDALA NG DEPENDENT SA AUSTRALIA ANG MGA NAKA-STUDENT VISA?

Dahil part ng ASEAN ang Pilipinas, pwede mong isama ang iyong asawa o mga anak sa iyong Student Visa application.

Pero may tatlong importanteng dapat malaman:

1. Kailangan isama ang iyong pamilya sa oras ng application — hindi pwedeng i-add after.

2. Ikaw at ang iyong mga dependent ay kailangan nasa parehong lokasyon noong mag-apply kayo. Hindi pwedeng nandito ka, nandoon sila.

3. Wala nang subsequent entrant. Kapag na-grant na ang iyong Student Visa at hindi pa kasama ang iyong pamilya — hindi na sila makakapag-apply para sumunod sa iyo. Walang exemption dito. Wala talaga.

WHO CAN NO LONGER APPLY FOR STUDENT VISA ONSHORE:

Kung isa ka sa mga may hawak ng mga visa na ito — kailangan mo nang mag-apply ng Student Visa mula sa labas ng Australia

❌ 400 — Temporary Work (Short Stay Specialist)
❌ 403 — Temporary Work (International Relations)
❌ 407 — Training Visa
❌ 408 — Temporary Activity
❌ 417 — Working Holiday
❌ 457 — Temporary Work (legacy)
❌ 462 — Work and Holiday
❌ 482 — Skills in Demand
❌ 485 — Temporary Graduate
❌ 600 — Visitor Visa
❌ 601 — ETA
❌ 602 — Medical Treatment
❌ 651 — eVisitor
❌ 771 — Transit
❌ 988 — Superyacht Crew
❌ 995 — Diplomatic (specified)

COURSE PROGRESSION — Kailangan may progression ang course mo.

Ang onshore course progression ay kailangan nang mag-progress UP ang AQF qualification level. A second qualification at the same level is not progression.

❌ Diploma → Diploma — NOT allowed onshore
❌ Bachelor → Bachelor — NOT allowed onshore
❌ Master → Diploma — NOT allowed onshore

✅ Diploma → Bachelor — Allowed — but must check if related to previous study
