What can you build using only compression?

Today, students from Prairievale Public School joined us at Bossley Park High School for an exciting Arkki Compression Bridge Workshop. Through hands-on design, teamwork, and problem-solving, students explored engineering principles and discovered how structures can stand strong through clever design.

In the Connected Futures project, 1,600 children from 15 schools reimagined a sustainable, inclusive, and creative city — bringing their ideas to life through hands-on architecture and design. 💚

Over 1,000 models later — from Treehouse Villages to Solar Pods — one thing is clear:
this is what learning looks like when it moves beyond theory into action.
