Avant Constructions

Avant Constructions have recently completed another of our community initiative projects, this time using our experience and resources to work with not-for-profit charity groups Rescue Hub and Pound Patrol.

Both organisations recently relocated their premises to Londonderry after an extensive search for a property that could cater for their canine operations.

Avant Constructions offered to help supply labour and materials to refurbish the existing dilapidated dog kennels, making them more accommodating for the organisations’ needs and allowing them to relocate their dogs quicker.

Working with both organisations throughout the project, it’s quite clear and easy to see the passion the volunteers have in rescuing and caring for dogs that would very likely be put down if not for their hard work and commitment. Since their relatively early establishment they have saved hundreds of dogs from an otherwise bleak existence and helped relocate them to new happy homes with quality of care and living conditions along the way.

Another amazing project completed by our construction team. Ryde Council's Pidding Park Amenities block is now complete featuring a new kiosk, bathrooms and change rooms.

Shining a light on the detailed work from our joinery and construction teams!

Avant Constructions was very proud to attend the Wesley Mission Heroes United luncheon at Doltone House on 25th June 2019. This event supports the most vulnerable members of the community as it raises funds for the Wesley Mission’s homeless services and the Wesley Edward Eagar Lodge in Sydney.

We heard from inspiring guest speakers Todd Russell, Dana Vulin, Louisa Hope and Ben Farinazzo, who shared their personal stories of survival, hope and bravery.

Thank you to Wesley Mission for the opportunity to contribute to such a worthy cause and be involved in this event!

A social team from Avant Constructions ran in the 2019 Spartan Race in Picton NSW over the weekend. The Avant Spartans showed great team-work, perseverance and spirit in a fun filled and successful event.
