In-person and online classes I am a certified Pilates Instructor and am offering mobile Pilates classes for every level, although I prefer the novice to intermediate levels as I truly enjoy introducing people to the practice of Pilates!

FIRE 🔥

Embody the fire qualities and get that thing done, it will prime you for action.

Faster, stronger, harder…

But also taking up space, be seen and setting boundaries.

Too much fire and we get depleted or become too direct.

Earth is for grounding 🍂

With the house getting emptier by the minute (it’s looking pretty bare atm!), I can’t deny a little bit of nervousness has started to creep in…

Coming back to my breath and body gives me a sense of stability and control when I need it the most.

A few rounds of Coherence Breathing a couple times a day have become now a daily habit.

This powerful breathing technique promotes coherence between head, heart, and breath (hence the name!).

For five minutes, we breathe in for the count of 5 seconds and breathe out for another 5.

With gratitude, we feel the the heart pumping and the belly rising and falling with each deep breath.

We stay with the sensations and allow any emotion to emerge.

This balance between the inhale and the exhale brings about a sense of harmony and calmness to both mind and body.

But don’t believe me, just try! Set up a timer, put your phone aside, and place your attention on your breath while counting 5 in /5 out.

Catch me if you can! 🏃🏻‍♀️

My last mat class at is next Monday. Then off on a little holiday before the big move to Spain! ✈️

This last class will be an Elemental Flow! A Pilates-based movement session themed by the 4 elements: Earth, Water, Fire and Air.

🌏 🌊 🔥 🌬️

Over the last few months we’ve been experimenting with the four elements.

We’ve embodied their qualities and explored other ways of moving (and being) that are less familiar to us.

My aim(s) with these classes:

- widen our movement vocabulary

- be more curious about the emotions associated to different ways of moving

- self-knowledge and growth 🌱

- develop more awareness = more choices.

I’m planning an online masterclass around this topic. It’ll be free to attend.

FUN FACT

My first job in the fitness industry was as a Body Pump instructor 🏋🏻

That was 15 years ago.

There was something about the predictable moves and the catchy music that made this type of workout very easy to adhere to.

But, really, it was the feeling of becoming stronger that kept people coming back.

It was so satisfying to add another couple of plates to the barbell every other week. It felt good to do hard things!

Since then I’ve always liked to spice up my movement classes-and my own practice-with dumbbell and heavy weights.

Did you buy some weight equipment during pandemic times and haven’t done much with it?

‘BABY & ME-TIME’

~ Rediscover your body after birth while bonding with your baby ~

Have you recently had a baby and are struggling to find time to exercise? I’ve got you covered.

Join me and my baby girl and across the next 6 weeks, you will increase your STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY and CONFIDENCE, all with the ease of having your baby next to you.

You will also learn to adapt any workout to your current physical level, progress your practice safely, and receive motivational support and accountability.

I can promise that if you join the program and attend all sessions, you will leave feeling stronger, more supple and more connected to yourself.

Here’s what you get over the 6-Week block:

- 6 x 30-minute live online movement classes
- Q&A at the end of each session
- Home exercise program
- Group accountability
- A very fun time with your little one!
