A lot of coaches think they need more followers to make more money.

Most of the time, they need a better client experience.

The coaches struggling financially are usually:
underdelivering
slow with communication
giving generic check-ins
or relying only on macros + training plans

The coaches charging more and retaining clients longer?

They make people feel supported.

That’s the difference.

If your clients feel like just another payment on your roster, they leave.

If they feel guided, educated, and cared for, they stay longer, refer friends, and trust your coaching more.

Retention grows businesses.

Not constantly chasing new leads.

Magnesium is one of those basics that can actually matter.

For clients who are training hard, dieting, stressed, struggling with sleep, or dealing with regular muscle cramps, magnesium intake is worth looking at.

Not because it’s magic.

Because it plays a role in muscle function, nervous system regulation, sleep quality, and overall recovery.

And a lot of clients are already missing the mark through food alone.

As coaches, this is where we can keep things simple:

Support the foundations first.
Assess the individual.
Educate before adding random supplements.

Magnesium glycinate is commonly used for sleep and relaxation support, while citrate may be more useful for digestion depending on the client.

Everybody wants to sign up for HYROX until they realize it’s not just “being fit.” 👀

You need an engine.
You need strength under fatigue.
You need to recover while still moving.

The mistake most people make with their first HYROX prep is jumping straight into the flashy stuff without building the foundation first.

If you’re preparing for your first race, focus on:
✔️ Building a running base
✔️ Improving aerobic capacity
✔️ Full body strength work
✔️ Functional endurance
✔️ Consistency over perfection

You do not need to train like a pro athlete on day one.

You need enough cardiovascular capacity to recover between stations, enough strength endurance to hold output under fatigue, and enough structure to stay consistent week after week.

The athletes who usually struggle most aren’t always the weakest.
They’re the ones who gas out because they skipped the basics.

Build the base first. The performance comes after 🫡

Most people think cravings mean they “lack discipline” when in reality… your body is usually trying to tell you something.

One of the biggest things we see?
Low protein intake leading to:
• constant hunger
• late night snacking
• energy crashes
• never feeling satisfied after meals

Protein plays a huge role in satiety, blood sugar regulation and appetite control. Sometimes improving your nutrition starts with adding in what’s missing, not cutting more out. 👏

As a coach, understanding the “why” behind behaviours like cravings changes the way you guide clients forever.

Most coaches panic when a client’s fat loss stalls… 🚨

Calories get slashed.
Cardio gets increased.
The plan gets overcomplicated.

But stalled progress usually isn’t random.

The coaches who create long-term transformations know how to assess before they react.

This free guide breaks down:
• what to actually assess before making changes
• why overcorrecting can make results worse
• how to identify the real drivers behind stalled progress

Most people wait until they’re already dehydrated to think about electrolytes.

By then, performance, recovery, focus, and even energy levels can already take a hit.

Electrolytes play a key role in fluid balance, muscle function, and maintaining performance, especially during long sessions, hot climates, or high sweat loss.

That said, they’re not something everyone needs to supplement daily.

If your training is shorter, lower intensity, or you’re already well hydrated with a balanced diet, extra electrolytes may not make much difference.

But for athletes, heavy sweaters, endurance training, hot climates, or long gym sessions, they can absolutely support hydration and performance 👊
