In essence:

✅It IS possible to achieve your body goals even after numerous pregnancies and you can still achieve this when over the age of 40

✅Its almost certainly not going to happen straight away, Don’t let this discourage you as it can happen over a decent enough time frame when you follow a sound eating and training and wellness program.

When we want to shred down, we have to shed down. Just as trees embracing growth as they shed their dead leaves making room for the new. We can learn so much from from nature about change, not being afraid of breaking old brittle branches and losing the dead leaves, in order to nourish and grow.

Our self growth can become stagnant as we hold on too tightly to all the old and brittle parts of ourselves. Often these habits are practiced unconsciously. Then as time goes on, we can feel stuck, not knowing why. Then we may struggle to find a way to propel through and achieve our new goals.

Many fitness, wellness & nutrition programs out there, focus only on the things that we need to add to our lives to create positive change. But if our lives are already very busy, this can be overwhelming and then we tend to give up before we’ve started firing up the engine properly. Surely, it makes more sense to look at all the things we need to subtract too? All those things, that no longer serve us when we embark on the mission to unleash our best self.

More often than not, this task comes down to assessing where we are spending time and energy in our day and whether this is directly related to our goals. Or not?!

We all have days where we seem not to get anything done, however it's useful to have a good think about, is this you everyday? If you are habitually getting too easily distracted, procrastinating on the silly stuff, this will hinder your ability to super charge you, to change.

Many cyclists struggle to be fast and explosive enough on their sprints to perform at their true peak. Many lifters struggle to lift their weights explosively hindering their ability to drive to their PBs.

I get the craziest looks from clients who ask me why they cannot sprint as fast as they’d like on the bike/running. Or why they keep getting injured and I suggest that they need to add this secret weapon to their training routine ......

Who says you can’t be a strong mother ??????

Strength is built in the inside but it certainly doesn’t go to waste on the outside either....

I’m mean who knows....There may cometh a day when you have to clean and jerk your kids over your head.🤣

How long have you been going to Body Pump on Monday, Spin on Tuesday, Aqua on Wednesday, drink on Thursday because it's nearly the weekend, drink a bit more because its Friday, splurge on chips Saturday, and stuff down some cheese on Sunday but that's OK because you will start again on Monday. Be honest, does this sound familiar? Listen up, we've all been there. I can tell you this for sure, this vicious cycle won't get you anywhere good. What you eat, how you think, your energy, the quality of your training, your relationships are all related. If you don't break the cycle now, I can guarantee, you will be in exactly the same old place with a hangover Monday a year from now, living with the same old regrets that you should have... Would have... Could have. You definitely don’t be belong in regret. That’s not what life’s about.
