🤔 💭 The transition from Year 10 into Stage 6 comes with many challenges, but even more opportunities for students to take control of their learning and focus on subjects of interest to them.
Yesterday we held our annual Year 10 into Year 11 Subject Selection Evening where students, parents and families had the opportunity to come into the school and speak to our faculties about the subjects that will be offered for Year 11 2027.
Special thanks goes out to all the teachers and student helpers who assisted in the running of the event and performing, the P&C for their BBQ, as well as Ms Andrews for her presentation on the expectations of the Stage 6 course. We hope this night has provided clarity in helping students choose the right subjects for their HSC!

Our performances for Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night offically wrapped today after many many weeks of rehearsals. Thank you to all families who attended the evening performance on Thursday as well as Years 7 to 9 who attended the matinee performance today.
A special thank you goes to our performing arts department (teachers, performers, band, VET crew and more) for the endless hours they have put into making this performance as seamless as it was. To all the students who were a part of this performance, congratulations on putting together an amazing play!

We were delighted to attend the Canterbury Bulldogs Game Changer Program celebration and celebrate the achievements of our students alongside schools from across the region.
The event provided students with the opportunity to hear from inspiring speakers, including Phil Gould, Viliame Kikau and Jacob Preston, who shared valuable insights about resilience, leadership and pursuing personal goals.
A special congratulations to Alia Hawkins ofYear 11, who was presented with a $500 award in recognition of her leadership, dedication and engagement throughout the program. This is a wonderful achievement, and we are incredibly proud of her success.
Thank you to Ramy Haider, Aaron Warburton, Diane Langmack and the entire Bulldogs Game Changer team for creating such a meaningful experience. We are grateful for programs that empower young people to build confidence, develop leadership skills and create positive futures.
