If you're a high school or early university student interested in finance and exploring different pathways, this is your opportunity to get ahead in your career. FINMA is Australia's premier finance training program training students with practical skills and industry exposure beyond the classroom. From 24/7 access to our office and industry tools to hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world insights, you’ll gain the tools needed to stand out early in your career.

FINMA is excited to host another Networking & Information Evening with Barrenjoey. This exclusive event is designed for female students interested in exploring careers in finance, and will be held on 15 April at Barrenjoey’s Sydney CBD office.

FINMA is proud to announce our 2026 Participant Council. The Council provides a formal channel for feedback, contributes to curriculum and program development, fosters community and inclusion across cohorts, supports events and networking initiatives, and helps members develop leadership, communication and governance skills.

We look forward to seeing the 2026 Council help shape the future of FINMA and elevate the participant experience.
