A lot of preparation goes into a workshop before stepping into the room.
Understanding the local environment - from shop floor to digital - is critical.
Looking at what retailers are doing, how they’re showing up, and where the opportunities sit.
This ensures what’s delivered isn’t generic. It’s built using local examples, grounded in what’s actually happening, and focused on what local retailers need, whether independent or part of a national retail team.
Built on years of living and breathing retail - and as a country girl at heart, a genuine understanding of how different regional can be. It’s what makes the workshop relatable, practical and engaging.
Looking forward to being on the ground in Orange and supporting Orange City Council in their quest to strengthening local businesses.

Calling all retailers in Orange.
Looking forward to partnering with Orange City Council to support local businesses with a session focused on what actually works on the shop floor.
Simple, practical ideas to attract customers, increase spend and strengthen your business - the kind of things you can take straight back and apply.
We’ll also be working more closely with a small number of businesses through one-on-one, onsite support - identifying opportunities and turning them into action.
A great initiative to back local retail and invest in the businesses at the heart of the community.

Connecting perspectives across retail and property.
The power of an event like Retail Property Marketplace is in getting landlords and retailers in the same room - creating space for the conversations that matter now, and what’s needed to move the industry forward.
A huge thank you to all of the panellists who joined me on stage to talk all things retail property. Your insights and perspectives made the conversations practical, considered and genuinely valuable for everyone at the event.
Across the sessions, we explored the realities shaping retail today - from international expansion and QSR growth, to data-led decision making and evolving lease structures. Conversations grounded in what’s actually happening, and what’s needed next.
What stood out most was the quality of the discussions - honest, open and focused on the future of the industry.
And to the Retail Property Marketplace (RPM) team thank you for delivering such a well-executed event and creating a platform for these conversations to happen.
A great day of connection, collaboration and shared thinking - exactly what the industry needs more of.
