It’s hard to understand your own feelings during this time let alone untangle well meaning but misguided comments like above.

My clients often report feeling lonely and conflicted. One minute gratitude and then next grief and everything inbetween.

That’s why I’ve made the next mind body group exclusive to women struggling to grow their families.

In this small, intimate group you’ll meet other women who also want what you want… a sibling for your precious child. A future of more car seats and dinner time chaos.

Together we’ll learn the tools and techniques that allow you to reset control over your fertility journey, strategies to remain calm and regulate your nervous system, relationship tools and much much more.

✨Best Fertility Coach 2026 ✨

Oh how I wish I had been in London last night. Not only to escape the Australian winter, but to celebrate with so many incredible people dedicated to improving fertility care around the world.

Instead, I watched the awards live tucked up in bed in Sydney (hey…it was 5am)

I am so honoured and grateful to receive this award from .fertility.society.

A huge congratulations to all of the nominees and winners. It is a privilege to stand alongside people who are so deeply committed to improving fertility care and supporting patients through one of the hardest journeys of their lives.

Thank you to .fertility.society for recognising that emotional wellbeing, compassionate care and mind body support deserve a place alongside medical excellence.

This has left me feeling inspired, energised and more determined than ever. Here’s to making 2026 and 2027 even bigger, reaching more people, and continuing to raise the standard of support available to fertility patients everywhere.

Last week I received some wonderful news...✨

I’ve been shortlisted as a finalist for Best Fertility Coach in the Fertility Care Awards 2026, run by .fertility.society

I’ll admit, I was pretty excited. (Who doesn’t love a little recognition huh?)

But what fills me up far more than the award itself is what this represents.

For so long, the emotional and psychological impact of infertility has been overlooked. Yet for so many people, it becomes one of the hardest chapters of their lives.

This recognition states something important to me.

It says that emotional and mental wellbeing matters. That supporting patients through the fear, uncertainty, grief, hope, disappointment and waiting isn’t a luxury or an optional extra. It’s an essential part of fertility care.

Fertility coaching is about supporting the whole person alongside medical treatment. Helping people navigate the emotional rollercoaster, regulate their nervous system, strengthen their relationships, reconnect with themselves and find a way to keep living while they’re trying to conceive.

Because fertility treatment doesn’t just affect the body. It touches every part of a person’s identity, relationships, work, confidence and future.

I couldn’t be prouder to stand alongside the incredible coaches who have been shortlisted. Together we’re helping ensure that compassionate, evidence-informed emotional support becomes recognised as an essential part of fertility care.
