Practical training is essential for students as it bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application.

Last week at Linx Institute, we had the pleasure of work placement training with our Aged Cared Cert 3 students.

The students were able to role-play with classmates, practise good health and safety measures, and use essential equipment just as they would on their placements.

Not only did our students learn about best practices, they learned empathy and have a newfound appreciation for how scary these procedures can be for their future clients.

We wish our Linx students the best of luck in their placements; you will do a fantastic job!
